HistoricAerials.com is an excellent resource for looking up vintage aerial images of railroad facilities. The number of places that have older imagery is still limited, but growing. Hey appreciate the link to historic arials. After Google earth you get frustrated that you can't scoot the curser to the next map. Now 1950s street view would be way cool.
